Job summary

DV Trading LLC is seeking a highly motivated Client Platforms Engineer to join our IT support team in Hong Kong. You will be the first point of contact for end-users, logging requests, and delivering timely technical assistance to keep DV's systems running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues, document solutions, and collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve complex problems while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Service Desk Engineer or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, software/hardware, and networking concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune and Jamf for endpoint management.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in our Hong Kong office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for end-user IT requests via phone, tickets, email, Slack, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application problems and escalate when needed.
• Follow incident management procedures to resolve issues promptly.
• Fulfill service requests like password resets and software installations.
• Document all interactions and create knowledge base articles.
• Assist IT asset management including inventory and license tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and learning to enhance service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on projects.
