Job summary

Captar Partners Limited, a reputable insurance brokerage in Hong Kong, is seeking a Business Support Executive to back the growing team and ensure smooth client-facing operations.

Responsibilities include preparing high-quality presentation materials for meetings and external engagements, coordinating medical examinations, and managing communications with clients and referral partners to support timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing or related discipline
• 3–5 years in business support, client services, or operations
• Solid experience in an insurance brokerage or financial services client-facing environment
• Proven ability to prepare high-quality presentation materials for clients
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; liaise effectively with clients and partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with visual design tools
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality presentation materials for client meetings, internal reviews, and external engagements
• Develop clear, visually engaging illustrations and comparisons (e.g., insurance solutions, product comparisons, financial projections)
• Coordinate and arrange medical examinations required for the insurance application process
• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience throughout medical examinations and related onboarding procedures
• Assist in collecting required information and documentation from clients and referral partners
• Support ongoing communication and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and document submission
• Arrange and prepare meetings with clients and referral partners, including logistics and materials
• Track follow-up actions and ensure alignment among all stakeholders
