Job summary

CoinEx Global is seeking an organized operations assistant to support daily office tasks, handle client inquiries, and assist the account onboarding process in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will collect KYC/ID proofs, coordinate with Key Account Managers, and maintain accurate data in internal systems while liaising with Compliance, Customer Service, and Settlement teams to ensure smooth funding and account approvals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in branch operations, sales support, customer service, or admin roles in financial services.
• Basic understanding of account opening rules, KYC procedures, and financial regulations.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily office operations, admin duties, and general customer inquiries.
• Assist Key Account Managers with onboarding, collecting client documents (KYC/ID/PI proofs), and guiding VIP clients.
• Maintain and update customer, lead, and inventory data with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Customer Service, and Settlement teams to process account approvals, fund transfers, and client requests.
• Keep client records organized, update daily sales reports, and track funding statuses.
