Job summary

ICBC International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong Island is seeking a KYC/CDD-focused professional to oversee daily client onboarding, reviews, and data management. UAT participation and leadership of junior staff are expected. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of KYC/CDD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant KYC/CDD experience.
• Experience handling KYC reviews for institutional and retail clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise daily client onboarding and CDD reviews.
• Act as first escalation point for KYC reviews and operational issues.
• Assist front office with regular reviews and enhance procedures for efficiency and risk control.
• Ensure controls comply with regulations and internal policy; escalate as needed.
• Participate in UAT for system enhancements and provide team feedback.
• Coach junior members to maximize capability and handle other supervisor-assigned tasks.
