Job summary

ASK IT Limited in Hong Kong is urgently seeking a client-facing System Analyst to lead technical analysis, specification reviews, and client alignment for a dedicated system implementation project. You will act as the main interface between the development team and end-users, manage expectations, review UI/UX mocks, ensure adherence to functional specs, and coordinate data mapping and system integration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years IT experience in system analysis or technical project

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT experience with system analysis, requirements gathering, or technical project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present ideas clearly and document functional specs.
• Strong client-management and stakeholder liaison skills with ability to align scope.
• Hands-on ability to review prototypes and specify amendment requirements for engineering.
• Analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify root causes under tight milestones.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key technical interface between development team and client/end-user.
• Lead client presentations, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions; address user feedback and align scope.
• Review UI/UX mock-ups and system workflows, provide amendment instructions to engineering, and verify revisions against specs.
• Oversee system integration workflows, data mapping, and interface requirements for interoperability.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure UAT-ready deliverables within deadlines.
