Job summary

Wing seeks a highly motivated Client Delivery Operations Manager in Hong Kong to own the end-to-end client fulfillment pipeline, from sales handoff to onboarding and launch. You will ensure clear status, ownership, and timelines across accounts, and relentlessly remove bottlenecks to protect revenue and client activation.

You'll coordinate Sales, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Operations to keep the pipeline moving, escalate issues, and improve processes.

Qualifications

Strong experience in operations, program management, revenue operations, staffing operations, and customer success operations.
Ability to manage complex workflows across Sales, Recruiting, CS, and Operations.
Excellent stakeholder management and follow-through.
Comfort with high-volume pipelines and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end pipeline management and visibility for Wing's client fulfillment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely handoffs and launches.
Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and enforce SLAs.
Monitor staffing, onboarding, and client activation readiness.
Provide reporting on pipeline health and forecasted launches.
Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
