Job summary

Wing is seeking a Pipeline Operations Manager to own the day-to-day management of the end-to-end client fulfillment pipeline, from Sales handoff to onboarding and launch, ensuring timely progress and clear ownership.

You will coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Onboarding, and Operations to remove bottlenecks, enforce timelines, and improve pipeline processes. This role demands proactive problem solving and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in operations, program management or revenue operations.
• Ability to manage complex workflows across multiple departments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, project management, reporting, and workflow platforms.
• Willingness to travel to the Philippines as required.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational management of Wing's active pipeline.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely handoffs and clear ownership.
• Monitor pipeline health and identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Maintain pipeline visibility with statuses, owners, and next actions.
• Produce weekly and monthly pipeline health reports with actionable recommendations.
• Escalate blockers and drive accountability to keep revenue activation on track.
