Job summary

Wing is seeking a Client Delivery Operations Manager in Hong Kong to own the day-to-day management of the client fulfillment pipeline. You will ensure opportunities progress through stages from Sales handoff to onboarding, coordinate across Sales, Success, Talent, Staffing, and Operations, and drive accountability for on-time delivery and revenue activation.

Responsibilities

End-to-end pipeline management from sales handoff to launch and stabilization.
Monitor pipeline health and identify bottlenecks across departments.
Coordinate cross-functional handoffs to prevent delays and ensure ownership clarity.
Review new accounts for complete operational requirements and set clear next steps.
Oversee staffing and candidate pipelines, escalate when needed.
Track client decisions and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
Ensure onboarding readiness and smooth transition from pipeline to operations.
Act as first escalation point for pipeline issues and drive corrective actions.
Establish and enforce pipeline SLAs, governance, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
