Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a server/waiter/waitress in lounge, bar, hotel, or private club.
• Basic knowledge of beverage service and guest service flow.
• Interest in cigars or prior cigar/lounge experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service of beverages and cigars to members and guests.
• Present drinks and cigar lists, explain basic product information, and make recommendations.
• Assist members with cigar selection, cutting and lighting per clubhouse standards.
• Take accurate orders, record them properly and ensure timely service.
• Maintain a calm, professional lounge atmosphere at all times.
• Set up and clear tables, polish glassware and ashtrays, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Support small private gatherings, tastings or member events as required.
• Follow clubhouse service standards, grooming, hygiene, safety and cigar-handling procedures.
