Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A or advisory.
• Live PRC network with credible near-term prospects for IPO sponsorship, M&A and FA.
• Evidence of mandate conversion and self-originated deals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate fee-paying mandates from Mainland Chinese issuers and private/listed companies.
• Develop and maintain PRC decision-maker relationships to create qualified prospects.
• Lead the origination process: screening, pitches, proposals, fee negotiations and engagement letters.
• Build sustainable deal sources through Mainland enterprises, PE/VC, lawyers and accountants.
• Collaborate with deal execution teams on structuring, due diligence and regulatory coordination.
• Deliver measurable revenue through a robust and qualified pipeline and mandated outcomes.
