• Own ADYRO's product-creation system from founder brief to production-ready footwear.
• Lead design gates, costing, sampling, testing, and manufacturability decisions.
• Establish operating model and routine product decisions within ADYRO rules.
• Manage a lean network including a factory-side Technical Footwear Developer and a design CMF resource.
