Job summary

perFACE Group Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and steer digital transformation across the Group. You will oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, budgeting and financial reporting while partnering with executives to drive growth and efficiency.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent, 10+ years in finance with at least 5 years in management, and strong communication across English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Qualified CPA, HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in leading finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury and financial reporting functions.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, statutory compliance and financial management principles.
• Experience in listed companies, healthcare, medical aesthetics, retail or service industries is an advantage but not essential.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial systems or business process improvement projects is preferred.
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI tools or business intelligence platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Group's finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting functions.
• Drive the Group's financial digital transformation initiatives through AI technologies, automation, ERP enhancement and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth, profitability and long-term corporate objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems, BI tools and AI-powered reporting solutions to enhance financial visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows, improve productivity and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal controls, risk-management processes and corporate governance practices.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax advisers and other professional parties on financial and corporate matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements and corporate policies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and digital solutions that support transformation, scalability and future growth.
