Job summary

Eton Properties Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Hotel Engineering Manager to oversee planning, implementation and monitoring of construction, decoration, fitting-out and maintenance in the hotel.

You will lead all engineering, maintenance and Fire & Life Safety operations, manage budgets, schedules and resources, and ensure reliable technical service delivery for guests.

Qualifications

• Degree in BS Engineering, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols in the hotel industry.
• At least 5 years' experience with 3 years in supervisory level.
