Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd (HKEX) seeks a senior professional to lead the development of credit products across HKEX subsidiaries. You will shape the product offering along the credit value chain from a financial infrastructure perspective and work with internal and external platform teams to capture commercial opportunities.

You will collaborate with sales and client networks to meet market needs, drive innovations through new digital technologies, and coordinate industry readiness.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in credit market (DCM, credit trading/sales).
• Strong knowledge of issuance, bond trading, repo trading, credit derivatives, and bond index/ETF spaces.
• Solid understanding of Bond Connect and the Chinese bond market.
• Extensive network with DCM banks, sales/trading, and fund space.
• Proven skills in solutioning and project-management related work.

Responsibilities

• Develop credit products through HKEX subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Enhance the product offering along the credit value chain from a financial infrastructure perspective.
• Collaborate with internal and external platform teams to capture commercial opportunities from product innovations.
• Work with sales and client networks to capture the market needs, bring ideas and provide solutions to the market.
• Innovate process through new digital technology to capture new market trend.
• Prioritize and implement solutions for the market, and co-ordinate industry readiness as required.
• Manage user working groups and industry committees, both internal and external.
