Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is seeking a Chef de Partie - Canteen to prepare and cook a variety of meals for associates, ensuring quality and hygiene standards are met while supporting breakfast and lunch services in the Associate Canteen.

You will assist menu planning, maintain food safety, monitor ingredient usage, and help ensure smooth daily operations, with a focus on high standards and teamwork in the hotel staff canteen.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene standards.
• Culinary training or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel, staff canteen, catering operation, or related field.
