Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha-Tin is seeking a Chef de Partie - Canteen to support the daily operations of the Associate Canteen. The role focuses on morning shifts to support breakfast and lunch services, preparing and cooking meals to established recipes and quality standards.

The candidate should have culinary training and at least 1 year of experience in hotel, staff canteen or catering operations, with a strong emphasis on food hygiene and safety.
