Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• HKIE Corporate Member or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Experience in water, wastewater, power, waste or other utility infrastructure projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV power distribution, control systems and electrical infrastructure design.
• Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for infrastructure facilities, including water treatment works, pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants, and utility projects.
• Design MV/LV power distribution systems, motor control centres, control and instrumentation systems.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Support project delivery through planning, detailed design, tendering and construction stages.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international codes and standards.
