Job summary

Egis is seeking a Chartered Civil & Structural Engineer to join our Hong Kong transportation and infrastructure team. You will lead design and delivery, mentor engineers, and collaborate with local and international teams to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects.

This role requires strong client engagement, knowledge of Hong Kong practices, and a drive to grow the business in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
Chartered status (MHKIE, MICE, MIStructE or equivalent).
Typically 8+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead civil and structural engineering design and project delivery.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with specialist disciplines.
Deliver high-quality technical solutions for transportation and infrastructure projects.
Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, specifications and submissions.
Interface with clients, government authorities and project stakeholders.
Support business development, bids and client relationship management.
Mentor and develop graduate and intermediate engineers.
Maintain technical excellence and quality assurance standards.
Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Hong Kong business.
