Job summary

Arup is seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Hong Kong Infrastructure Group, delivering design, technical analysis and project delivery for complex infrastructure across East Asia. You will work closely with transportation, structures, geotechnical, water, utilities, environmental and BIM teams to provide integrated solutions.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree, HKIE membership, chartered status, 5+ years post-charter experience for senior roles, and proficiency in AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline) or relevant professional institution(s).
• Fresh chartered for Engineer and 5+ years post-chartered experience for Senior Engineer.
• Experience in project management and civil engineering design of infrastructure projects with familiarity of HKSAR Government procedures.
• Proficient in design of highways, bridges, utilities, drainage & sewerage, watermains, site formation and civil structures.
• Proficiency in English; BIM applications experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Civil and/or structural engineering design, including highways, bridges, and site developments.
• Design coordination and multidisciplinary integration across infrastructure projects.
• Provide engineering design, technical analysis and project delivery support across teams.
• Contribute to project coordination, client engagement and BIM initiatives.
