Job summary
Global Sports Jobs Limited in Hong Kong seeks a role to coordinate and support the centralised functions of Strategic Planning, Operations & Reporting within the Charities and Community Division. This position focuses on compliance, risk management, and due diligence to support NGO partners and community initiatives.
The candidate will engage with government and NGOs, lead data analysis for due diligence, and assist audits and governance improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational and report writing skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- People management experience with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate governance and controls improvements within Charities projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies for Charities and TIPs projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Perform data research and due diligence on partners and beneficiaries.
- Coordinate internal audits and compliance exercises.
- Support additional tasks as needed by supervisors.
