Page Executive is seeking a high-calibre CFO for a well-established pharmaceutical organisation in Hong Kong. The role leads finance strategy, governance, and capital markets engagement to drive growth.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, CPA, AICPA etc).
15–20 years total working experience; Big 4 background is a plus.
Industry knowledge in pharmaceuticals, life sciences or healthcare.
Experience in HK listed organisations and HK Listing rules.
Combination of financial operations and capital markets experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Languages: English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus).
Willingness to travel between Hong Kong and China.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Qualified Accountant (i.e. HKICPA, CPAA, AICPA etc)
At least 15-20 years of total working experienceCandidates with a Big 4 background is a plus
Must have industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical, life science or healthcare sectors
Must have worked in HK Listed organisations and well versed with compliance and HK Listing rules
Combination of strong experience in financial operations and capital market
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Languages in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus
Open to travel between Hong Kong and China
