CPJobs International is seeking a CEO for Wealth Management in Hong Kong. The role will lead the wealth management business, steering strategic investment analyses and overseeing takeovers and mergers to generate strong returns.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in wealth management, with 5+ years at Director level, plus a track record in PE, fund raising, and external partnerships. Multilingual leadership is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years wealth management experience, with the most recent 5+ years at Director level.
• Exposure to private equity, equity fund or bond fund raising, with track records in financing, takeovers and mergers.
• Strong leadership with vision and excellent investment and management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.

Aufgaben

• In charge of wealth management by setting strategy, conducting in-depth investment analysis, and executing takeovers/mergers to achieve returns.
• Conduct industries research, deal assessment, and investment management.
• Build and expand the client base and lead the sales team to provide wealth management services and meet sales targets.
• Define business direction and strategy aligned with changing market conditions.

CEO - Wealth Management

Requirements :

• Degree in finance, banking, accounting, economics, business or related studies with qualifications such as MBA, CFA, CPA, LLB are a plus

• Has more than 10 years wealth management solid experience in which the recent 5 years or above at Director level

• Has private equity, equity fund or bond fund raising exposure, successful track records in financing, take over and merger of investment projects

• Has clientele resources, strength in business development or cooperation partners connections is preferred, previous exposure in External Asset Manager (EAM) business.

• Great leadership, with vision and excellent investment and management power

• Has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Capable to command fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese

Duties :

• In charge of the wealth management business by setting strategic in depth investment analysis, source and in charge of the execution of take over and merger of investment projects, manage the whole investment process and achieve good returns

• Handle industries research and analysis, project assessment, deal execution and investment management

• Build and expand the client base and manage the sales team to provide wealth management service to clients and to achieve sales targets

• Formulate the business direction and strategy according to ever-changing market conditions
