ACTS Consulting Co in Hong Kong seeks a senior wealth management leader to drive strategy, oversee investment analysis, and execute takeovers and mergers on high-value projects.

The role requires 10+ years in wealth management with director-level experience and strong client networks, including exposure to private equity and funds fundraising. Fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese are preferred for diverse client engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in finance, banking, accounting, economics, business or related studies.
• MBA, CFA, CPA or LLB are a plus.
• 10+ years wealth management experience with at least 5+ years at director level.
• Private equity, equity or bond fund fundraising exposure and track record.

Responsabilités

• In charge of wealth management by setting strategic investment analysis and overseeing takeovers/mergers.
• Manage the investment process and work towards delivering good returns.
• Conduct industry research, deal execution and investment management.
• Build and expand the client base and lead the sales team to hit targets.
• Formulate business direction and strategy according to market conditions.

Has more than 10 years wealth management solid experience in which the recent 5 years or above at Director level

Has private equity, equity fund or bond fund raising exposure, successful track records in financing, take over and merger of investment projects

Has clientele resources, strength in business development or cooperation partners connections is preferred, previous exposure in External Asset Manager (EAM) business.

Great leadership, with vision and excellent investment and management power

Has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Capable to command fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese

Duties :

In charge of the wealth management business by setting strategic in depth investment analysis, source and in charge of the execution of take over and merger of investment projects, manage the whole investment process and achieve good returns

Handle industries research and analysis, project assessment, deal execution and investment management

Build and expand the client base and manage the sales team to provide wealth management service to clients and to achieve sales targets

Formulate the business direction and strategy according to ever-changing market conditions
