Job summary

South China Financial Holdings Limited invites applications for a CDD Assistant / Officer in the Compliance Team on a 1.5-year contract. You will perform daily reviews of hit alerts from name screening systems (iFingate), coordinate with business units to obtain missing documents, and maintain auditable records.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year AML experience preferred, skilled in MS Office and Chinese word processing; immediate availability advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1 year working experience in AML field is preferred.
• Familiarity with iFinGate or other name-screening / e-KYC tools is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reviews of hit alerts generated by name screening systems (iFingate).
• Follow up with business units and frontline teams to obtain missing documents or clarify potential alert hits.
• Maintain accurate, auditable records.
• Support the Compliance Team on ad-hoc tasks.
