Job summary

Wellcome in Hong Kong seeks a Category Management professional to manage the Produce category, hitting sales and margin targets while coordinating sourcing, purchasing, transportation and inventory. You will plan and execute promotions to boost category performance, source new products, monitor market trends and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and promotional support.

Fresh graduates are welcome and immediate availability is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Food & Nutrition, Business, or related disciplines, fresh graduates are welcome
• Preferably 1 year of merchandising, buying, retail, or related experience
• Passionate about food products and commercial results
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Immediate availability is an advantage
