Job summary

CLP Group at Castle Peak Power Station is seeking an Engineer to lead maintenance and project work in a safe, compliant manner. You will analyze faults, troubleshoot complex problems, and maintain OT systems in the plant area.

The role requires a university degree in electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering with at least 3 years' relevant experience, familiarity with safety rules and codes, and bilingual Chinese/English proficiency. Strong teamwork and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance & project work activities are carried out safely and meet engineering standards.
• Lead assigned activities to meet schedule, budget, and design codes of practice.
• Analyze and diagnose equipment faults; troubleshoot complex problems.
• Maintain hardware and software of OT systems in the plant area (including cybersecurity).
• Make recommendations to maintenance practices for efficiency, safety, cost and performance.
• Review engineering docs; develop maintenance procedures and contract specs.
• Utilize computer-based maintenance systems to develop cost-effective strategies.
• Manage contractors and suppliers to meet schedule and budget.
• Assist with life cycle maintenance planning for plant assets.
• Support station operation through maintenance-operator and startup support.
