Job summary

CLP in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified engineer to lead construction projects for power supply and network reinforcement. You will supervise staff and contractors, coordinate with customers and authorities, and ensure safety and quality throughout delivery.

Requirements include a degree in engineering, at least 3 years' relevant experience, and the 11kV Authorized Person is advantageous. English and Cantonese communication are essential; driving license preferred.

Qualifications

University degree in engineering.
At least 3 years' relevant engineering experience.
11kV Authorized Person qualification is an advantage.
Good understanding of CLP Safety Rules and standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Implement construction projects for supply provision and network reinforcement.
Negotiate with customers, contractors, utilities and authorities for smooth delivery.
Supervise staff and contractors in cable laying, erection and commissioning.
Ensure safety, quality and cost control in project execution.
Review and update project records, schedules and equipment status.
Liaise with departments to plan procedures meeting safety rules.
