Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Junior Treasury professional to join our F&A team in Hong Kong. You will provide secretarial support to Treasury, coordinate new bank structures, assist in capital planning, manage bank accounts and FX operations, and help design automated treasury processes for fiat and digital assets.

Working with product and finance teams, you will contribute to liquidity forecasting, funding strategies, and risk control while developing your analytical skills in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of Treasury experience is a plus ; fresh graduate welcome
• Strong Excel skills
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Digital asset familiarity is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Treasury.
• Coordinate implementation of new bank structures, services and controls processes.
• Assist in optimum capital structure, perform simulations to senior management.
• Manage bank accounts, handle Bank Relationship Management and negotiations of bank facilities.
• Assist in our cash forecasting and global cash management processes including short term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution.
• Help to design automated systems and processes to support our fiat and digital assets processes.
• Assist in liquidity forecasts and ongoing monitoring of liquidity.
• Work closely with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding, FX and digital assets positions.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Treasury team
• Coordinate the implementation of new bank structures, services and controls processes

Requirements

• Experience with V-Lookup, Tableau and SQL (or equivalent)
• Strong Excel skills
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast- paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations
• Digital asset familiarity is an advantage
