Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent and knowledge of Cash equities markets.
• Minimum of 5 years in financial services preferred in Sell side operations or custody operations.
• Technical knowledge of asset servicing is a strong plus.
• Track record of analytics and automation is a strong plus.
• Professional qualification preferred but not a must.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese also required.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily KRI; set up post-trade data analysis framework.
• Manage interactions with stakeholders, regulators, audit, and service providers.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to design supervisory framework and risk escalation.
• Analyze BAU processes to identify efficiency improvements, controls, and client experience.
• Oversee cash equities trade settlements in APAC markets and resolve discrepancies.
• Support reconciliations, payments, settlements, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
