Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic technology initiatives across Cash Equities trading platforms. You will partner with Front Office, Technology and Operations to deliver enhancements that improve efficiency and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in Cash Equities trading, OMS/EMS knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements for trading workflows and market connectivity.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst in Cash Equities trading.
Strong understanding of OMS and EMS trading platforms.
Knowledge of full trade lifecycle: order capture, routing, execution, allocation, post-trade processing.
Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements for front-office.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across Cash Equities trading platforms.
Partner with Sales & Trading, Technology, and Operations to deliver system enhancements.
Support transformation initiatives across OMS, EMS, and algorithmic trading platforms.
Define functional and technical specifications for trading workflows and market connectivity.
Drive process improvements using data analytics and emerging technologies.
