• Formulate credit card portfolio growth strategy and implement programs.
• Lead product strategies on card loan features and marketing programs.
• Drive digital customer journey and onboarding initiatives.
• Conduct portfolio analysis utilizing big data for customer segmentation.
• Monitor performance of various sales channels.
