Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Captain for Red Sugar to deliver exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous service and a warm guest welcome. You will lead the assigned section, uphold restaurant standards, maintain cleanliness before and after service, gather guest feedback for continuous improvement, and perform duties as directed by Management.

Fluency in English and Chinese is essential to communicate with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
