• Demonstrated ability to run structured option assessments and make pragmatic recommendations balancing value, risk, and speed.

Responsibilities

• Assess business challenges and identify the most effective solutions through process improvement, automation, technology, or AI capabilities.
• Drive process simplification and operational efficiency to improve outcomes, controls, and customer experience.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Partner with business, technology, operations, and control functions to ensure successful delivery, governance compliance, and sustainable benefits realisation.
