Qualifications

• 3+ years in university and early talent recruitment with PRO tools experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication; willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campus recruitment for internship, co-op and entry-level roles.
• Coordinate campus activities and partnerships with universities and student bodies.
• Maintain candidate records, provide timely communication and monitor key metrics.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and standards.
