Lenovo is seeking a Project Director in its consulting practice to lead high-impact client engagements across Applications and Infrastructure. You will drive end-to-end business solutions, governance, and delivery leadership to ensure on-time, on-scope projects with strong client relationships.

You will guide technology strategies, advise C-level stakeholders, and build multidisciplinary teams while expanding the practice with new technologies, partners, and revenue growth in the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years IT consulting with 5+ years leading projects.
• Strong cloud, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation knowledge.

As a Project Director in our consulting practice, you will lead complex, high-impact client engagements across Applications and Infrastructure domains. This role combines strategic advisory, delivery excellence, and client relationship management to drive digital transformation and business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

The Job

The position is responsible to drive the end-to-end business solutions as well as service delivery in the region by

Business Development:

• Discover and build practice with new technology and partners from the market, with special focus on: Technology Refreshment / re-platform, Apps Modernization, Bespoke Apps implementation, AI Apps, , and cloud migration.
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations
• Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to revenue targets
• Develop end-to-end business solutions for clients

Client Advisory & Relationship Management:

• Act as a strategic partner to C-level executives, understanding business challenges and shaping technology solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, as the trusted technology advisor, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business

Project Delivery Leadership:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale consulting projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets
• Implement governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Architect solutions, and able to take up as subject matter expertise on delivery

Technology Expertise:

• Provide thought leadership on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) , enterprise applications, and infrastructure modernization
• Advise clients on emerging technologies, digital transformation strategies, and best practices

Team Leadership & Development:

• Building domain related service delivery team.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building within the practice
• Support other internal competency centres and practices

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years in project leadership roles.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects involving both applications and infrastructure
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) , enterprise architecture, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; Agile/SAFe experience a plus
• Familiarity with industry frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF) and consulting methodologies
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
