Job summary

Binance is offering an internship through the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) in Hong Kong. You will gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space, working on campaign operations and cross-functional projects to grow the Binance Square platform and user base.

Current university students and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Terms may vary by contract and local laws, with networking and development opportunities included to advance your career in crypto.

Qualifications

Recent graduate with strong interest in crypto, blockchain and digital communities.
Past experience in Web3, content or creator economy is a plus.
Bilingual English and Mandarin with ability to engage vendors and stakeholders across regions.
Execution excellence with attention to detail and a high level of patience and accountability.
Good communication and collaboration skills with ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
Resourceful, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Draft campaign documentation and manage backend configurations.
Coordinate on-site promotions (banners, push notifications, pop-ups) and launches.
Handle escalated tickets and maintain FAQs to improve user experience.
Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign reports with insights.
Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
