Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking undergraduate or postgraduate students, or fresh Bachelor/Master graduates on IANG or TTPS visas, to join a market-focused team in Hong Kong. You will analyze client needs, craft tailored reports and presentations, and help expand into Mainland China.

You will participate in ongoing training on market trends and fund-house updates, with strong emphasis on Mandarin communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Mandarin (Putonghua) as the primary language.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets, targeting customized niche segments.

• Participate in continuous on-the-job training, including market insights and trends from fund houses.

About the Role

We are looking for undergraduate/postgraduate students currently studying at QS Top 100 universities, or fresh Bachelor's/Master's graduates holding IANG or TTPS visas.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively develop the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets, targeting customized niche segments
• Tailor and prepare comprehensive solutions (written reports or PPT presentations) based on clients' specific needs and concerns
• Participate in continuous on-the-job training, including but not limited to: market insights, latest trends, and updates from fund houses in the capital markets

Job Qualifications
