Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking a motivated financial advisor to design tailor-made financial solutions covering risk management, retirement, and wealth transfer. You will present plans to both individual and corporate clients and build lasting relationships.

The role includes recruiting and leading your own team, designing strategies, and driving business objectives. A rewarding package, training toward MDRT/COT/TOT, flexible hours and international travel opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates considered
• HKID and Dependent visa holders welcomed
• Experience in banking/financial industry is an advantage
• Experience in sales, retail, beauty, fitness or tourism welcomed

• Composing tailor-made and professional financial solutions to customers that satisfy their changing financial needs, including risk management planning, retirement planning and family asset inheritance planning, etc.
• Presenting financial solutions to individual and corporate clients
• Build long-term customer relationship
• Recruiting, establishing and managing a team of your own
• Designing and implementing team strategies. managing the team to deliver business objectives

Requirements:

• High Diploma and above (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• HKID and Dependent visa holders. (Welcome IANG and Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS) visa holders)

• Experience in sales, retail, beauty, fitness or tourism, etc are welcomed
