Job summary

Atelier Pacific Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a talented CAD Designer to join our design team. You will produce and edit CAD drawings/models and help maintain CAD standards across projects.

Applicants should have a Higher Diploma or above in design, at least 5 years of experience on architectural and interior fit-out projects, and strong AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) skills. Retail or high-end interiors experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or above in design related discipline.
  • Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, experience in using Revit (BIM), 3D software etc.
  • Minimum 5 years working on architectural and interior fit-out projects.
  • Experience in handling retail or high-end interior projects will be an advantage.
  • Ability to add design value and develop construction details or processes preferred.
  • Good communication and language skills.
  • Must be organised and able to work independently, as well as handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit CAD drawings/models using relevant software and manage accurate e-filing of project information
  • Instigate and participate in regular design/project reviews
  • Assist the senior staff with updates and management of the Company’s CAD standards
  • Comply with all relevant office standards and industry professional development attributes

Join our CAD team! We’re looking for an experienced CAD Designer to support our design initiatives and drive excellence.

Job Description / Duties:
