Job summary

FABRIC ON PTE. LTD. is seeking an architectural/interior designer with strong CAD skills to support hospitality and F&B projects. The role involves creating design documentation, tender drawings, and working drawings from concepts.

You will use AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp, collaborate with the design team, and manage multiple fast-paced projects to meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3 years of hospitality and F&B project experience.
• Advanced CAD and Adobe CS skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design documentation and tender drawings.
• Create render plans and elevations; translate concepts into working drawings.
• Operate AutoCAD and Photoshop efficiently.
• Research and review technical/product with design team.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

You role shall include but not limited to:

• Responsible for preparation of design documentation, including tender,and detailing drawings.
• Responsible for render plans and section elevations, translate concept designs into working documents for all phases of the process.
• Work efficiently and speedily on AutoCad and Photoshop.
• Responsible, creative and work independently.
• Technical & product research & review with design team.
• Flexibility in handling multiple projects.
• Must possess relevant Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitalities and F&B projects.
• Advanced CAD skills.
• Good Adobe CS skills (Photoshop, Illustrator etc), knowledge of sketch up will be a plus.
• PC versatility essential.
• Experience in hospitalities and F&B projects.
• Good knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standard, good organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, good communication and problem solving skills.
• Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment.
