Job summary

James Rice Contracting Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Interior Designer/Project Designer to lead corporate office projects from concept to completion. You will produce construction drawings and manage tender drawings, ensuring accurate space planning and compelling presentations.

On-site experience is preferred, and you must work independently under tight schedules while delivering creative solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years or above relevant experience in interior design for Interior Designer and Project designer, preferably in corporate office client
• Handle full set of working / construction drawings from space planning / concept development / shop drawing review and full set presentation
• On site experience is preferred
• Creative, aggressive, self-motivated & independent
• Good design sense and presentation skills
• Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
• Team work for projects from concepts to completion
