Job summary

Unique Interior Design & Contracting Co is looking for an Interior Designer to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and project teams to ensure project efficiency and competitiveness. You will manage design drawings, documentation and presentations, including concept design, construction drawings, and materials sourcing and development.

Requirements include a Diploma or above in Architecture/Interior Design; 1–3 years of hospitality experience; familiarity with architecture/interior

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Architecture/Interior Design is required.
• 1–3 years of hospitality experience is a must.
• Familiar with architecture/interior design, MEP facilities, renovations and fittings-out across residential, commercial and exhibition properties.
• Strong conceptual design and detailed drawing skills; good presentation ability.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office; good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members to ensure project effectiveness and competitiveness.
• Handle design drawings, documentation and presentations including concept design and development, construction drawings, materials sourcing and selection.
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Willing to travel for site coordination and onsite supervision.

Interior Designer in coordinating and liaising with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members for the assigned project to ensure project effectiveness and competition

Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing and selection

Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Architecture / Interior Design or related discipline

Minimum 1 to 3 years or above solid working experience in Hospitality field is a MUST

Familiar with architecture/ interior design, E&M facilities, building renovation & fitting-out works in residential, commercial and exhibition properties

Good conceptual design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop & other design based skills

Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Good communication in both spoken & written Cantonese, English & Mandarin

Able to work independently with good communication, organization and problem solving skills

Customer focused and team orientated

Responsible, self-motivated and creative

Willing to work overtimes, under pressure and meet tight schedule

Hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks

Traveling and site coordination required
