Job summary

Cable Care Pte Ltd is seeking a cable installation technician in Hong Kong to perform installation, testing and commissioning of voice, data and fiber optic cable systems. The role requires preparing cable pathways, assisting with tools and materials, and supporting teammates in routine maintenance.

Candidates should have a NITEC or relevant experience, strong communication and teamwork, and flexibility for overtime or night shifts when required.

Qualifications

• Good communication & teamwork skills.
• Flexibility & willingness to work overtime and night shifts occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, test & commission cable systems (voice/data/fiber optics).
• Prepare/install cable pathways & supports where needed.
• Assist in the preparation of tools & materials used for daily work assignments.
• Troubleshoot cabling system issues & perform repairs & maintenance.
• Assist co-workers with installation & routine maintenance of structured cabling systems.
• Ensure quality, health & safety standards & report issues, if any.
