Heng Fu Sport Limited, established in 2002, operates over 70 retail stores in Hong Kong with more than 300 staff. The company partners with multiple sport brands and continues expanding its store network and franchise collaborations, aiming to drive sales and profitability across the sportswear sector.

The role requires strong numerical and analytical abilities, excellent communication, and familiarity with Excel.

Qualifications

• Responsible, good numerical sense, analytical mind, and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and word processing.
• Experience in retail industry is preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with suppliers to select appropriate product ranges and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiations for trading terms and marketing support with suppliers for optimizing offerings, brand collaborations, and optimal gross profit margins.
• Monitoring brands sales, shop sales, product sell-through, margin, and inventory level.
• Conduct regular competitor and market analysis within the sportswear landscape.
• Have strong understanding of sportswear and running brands/products.
• Lead his/her team to achieve company objectives/sales targets and aligned market trends.
• Work with teammates to ensure appropriate stock levels across stores, including Stock take.
• Lead the Open-to-Buy process in collaboration with teammates for ordering.
• Work closely with retail Operations/VM/Marketing team to ensure product execution aligns with buying intentions.
• Involve in outdoor duty and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
