Job summary

Lung Fung Dispensary (Main Store) Limited in Fanling, Hong Kong, is seeking a Buying Assistant to support sourcing and procurement for Beauty Care, Cosmetics, Baby Care and Personal Care brands.

You will prepare regular purchase reports, monitor stock levels, and coordinate wholesale orders. The role requires 1–2 years of experience, Cantonese proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. Five-day work week with medical insurance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Form 6 or Diploma in Purchasing / Supply Management.
• Min. 1–2 years solid experience preferably.
• Self-motivated, presentable, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good in communication, coordination and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of Cantonese.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Five-days work week.

Requirements
