Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Business Technology Analyst (Open Platform) to bridge business needs and IT delivery in Central. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and support users across the platform.

Applicants should hold a IT/CS degree with 3+ years in business analysis; Chinese and English fluency is required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is expected; knowledge of payments/credit cards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in IT or CS.
• Experience in payment and credit card applications is advantageous.

• Acting as the primary liaison between business and IT units
• Monitor the project progress and resolving occurred problems
• Provide strong support to business users
• Manage project budget and procurement process
• Participate in the risk analysis for new product launch

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Experience in Payment and credit card applications is advantageous but not mandatory
• Solid experience to liaise with all relevant parties in IT or Business and work with business stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
• Solid experience in MS word, excel and power point.
