Business Technology Manager (Senior Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager)

• Perform business and user requirement analysis
• Act as the primary liaison between business and IT units
• Manage Business Technology team members (applicable for senior manager only)
• Monitor project progress and resolve occurring problems
• Provide strong support to business users
• Manage project budget and procurement process
• Participate in risk analysis for new product launch

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis. Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior manager and candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant manager.
• Experience in eBanking applications such as Online Banking and Mobile Banking is advantageous but not mandatory
• Solid experience to liaise with all relevant parties in IT or Business and work with business stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• Self‑motivated, willing to work in a competent, challenging and team‑work environment
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Solid experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
