Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking a diligent Business Analyst to analyze business and user requirements, acting as the primary liaison between business and IT units. You will monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide strong support to business users.

The role also involves managing project budgets and procurement processes, and participating in risk analysis for new product launches. Fluent Chinese and English are expected, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Experience with Payment and credit card applications is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Solid experience liaising with IT or Business stakeholders and with business users.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.

Requirements:
