Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an underwriting support professional to assist with UAT for IT projects and verify underwriting rules, ensuring system accuracy and compliance. The role covers daily underwriting activities for Direct and Retail Bancassurance channels and personal insurance products.

The position involves administrative tasks such as preparing renewal letters, maintaining blacklist records, and handling policy inquiries, with opportunities to contribute to internal control

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in underwriting, customer service, or policy administration, preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C) retail lines and personal insurance products.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese word processing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing and positive attitude.
• Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
