Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Business Support Officer on an 11‑month contract. The role involves reviewing product documentation, policies, and contracts, and supporting standardization of policy terms and system development projects.

You will consolidate benefits schedules for group life and group medical insurance and assist with related documentation. The position requires at least 1 year in insurance and strong MS Excel and programming skills, with good English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder, major in Business Administration/ Economics/ Mathematics preferable.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in insurance industry.
• Solid understanding of insurance products and reinsurance preferable.
• Details oriented with great time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain a detailed-oriented quality mindset.
• Solid experience using MS Excel and programming languages, preferably in Python, R and SQL.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
